Obituary of Judith L. "Judy" Austin (nee Bear)

AUSTIN, Judith “Judy” (née Bear), of St. Thomas, passed away at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, March 22, 2018, in her 77^th year.  Wife of Ronald G. “Ron” Austin.  Mother of Donald “Don” Austin (Trish) of Kitchener, Richard Austin of London, and Carl Austin of Toronto.  Grandmother of  Stephen and Erin Austin.  Sister of Ted Bear (Helga) of St. Thomas, and Ross Bear (Trish) of Cambridge.  Also survived by daughter-in-law, Sandra Austin, as well as several nieces and nephews.  Born in St. Thomas, ON, July 3, 1941, she was the daughter of the late William and Rosalind (née Larson) Bear, and the step-daughter of the late Irene Mitchell Bear.  In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Relatives and friends will be received by the family at the SIFTON FUNERAL HOME, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160) on Thursday, March 29^th  from 2:00–4:00 p.m.
