Obituary of Kathleen Cook (nee Palmer)

Of St. Thomas, passed away at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday, November 17, 2023, in her 89th year.  Dearly loved mother of Steve Cook (Janice), and David Cook (Lisa). She was proud of her grandchildren, Marissa, Michael, and Shai, and her great granddaughter, Mila. Dear sister of William “Bill” Palmer (Grace). Kathleen is also remembered by her nieces, nephews, and their families.

Born in St. Thomas, April 21, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Percy and Daisy (née Stanton) Palmer. Kathleen was a retired employee of Bell Canada.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Kathleen’s family will celebrate her life privately at a later date. If so desired, please consider a memorial donation to MS Canada. Arrangements are entrusted to the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington Street, St. Thomas (519-631-1160).
