Obituary of E Lloy McColl (nee Milne)
McCOLL, E. Lloy (née Milne)- Of St. Thomas, passed away at Parkwood Institute, London on Thursday, October 6, 2022, in her 81st year. Beloved wife of John McColl. Sister of Ian Milne. Lloy is also fondly remembered by Dione and Greg Decock and family, Carolyn Phillips and Ron Hoekstra and family, as well as by her friends.
Lloy was born in Orangeville, ON, January 2, 1942, and grew up in Bellwood, ON. She was the daughter of the late William and Jessie (née Masson) Milne. Lloy was a retired nurse, and a musician classically trained in piano and opera (vocal). She was an adherent of Knox Presbyterian Church, St. Thomas where she formerly sang in the choir, and was a member of Beta Signa Phi Sorority.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A service in Bellwood, ON to celebrate Lloy’s life will be announced at a later date. If so desired, please consider a donation in Lloy’s memory to El Sistema South London. Please contact the funeral home for assistance.
