I knew Mrs. Dicker as Miss Graham, my grade 1 and 2 teacher at Wellington St. School. She was a marvelous teacher who helped me learn to read and filled some of our day with music. I met her again at Elgin Manor and was able to tell her what a great teacher she had been. I am sorry for your loss.
