Obituary of Lenore Lacroix

Of St. Thomas, passed away at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, April 25, 2022, in her 79th year. Born in Rainy River, ON, September 23, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Theresa (née Crawford) Lacroix. Lenore was a member of Holy Angels’ Roman Catholic Church, St. Thomas. Dear sister of Clara Fleming (Frederick), Lorraine Lawrence (late William C. “Bill”), Rena McCallum (Wayne “Huck”), Jeannette Bendell (late Bruce), all of St. Thomas, Alphonse J. Lacroix of London, late Alice Laird (late William), late Gordon W. Lacroix (late Ruth), and the late Eugene F. Lacroix (late Fabiola). Lenore is also remembered by her cousins, nieces, nephews, and their families.

A private family funeral service will be held at the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160), followed by interment in Holy Angels’ Cemetery. All in attendance are kindly asked to wear a mask, and physical distancing will be followed.
