I was very sorry to hear this. Ralph and Jean had been our neighbours for more than 25 years. They were the best you could ask for, always willing to help without asking for anything in return. Ralph would get kindling and firewood for us and even take away the Christmas Tree to feed to the goats, while Jean would supply us with pies from her church. They were truly good people. They will be missed. Our family is happy to have known them. My deepest condolences to the family.

Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time as so many people, family, friends, and neighbours remember all that Jean did and was for all of us. For us here, her neighbours on Taylor Crescent, she was the gentle spirit with the great smile that watched our children grow up. We exchanged recipes and gardening tips. She was like an older sister I never had. We giggled together and, at times, also talked about serious things. She's a person you don't forget. I know I won't forget her. She became a part of our family, woven into the tapestry of our lives for almost 30 years.
