Obituary of Servat Sobhani

Servat Sobhani of St. Thomas, ON, passed away peacefully at Parkwood Institute, London on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, in her 68^th year.  Loved daughter of Monireh Sobhanian of St. Thomas and the late Fazlolah Sobhani.  Dear sister of Shain Sobhani (Bahram) of Iran, Naim Sobhani (Sima) of Schomberg, Vahid Sobhani of Richmond Hill, and Navid Sobhani (Vida) of Newmarket.  Also fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.  Servat was born in Najafabad, Iran on March 6, 1954, and immigrated to Canada in 1983.  She formerly worked as a Personal Support Worker at the Elgin Manor, RR1, St. Thomas.  Servat was a member of the Bahá´í Faith.  By invitation, a graveside service was held at South Park Cemetery, St. Thomas on Friday, June 18^th.  If so desired, memorial donations to the Elgin Manor Receation Fund will be appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160).
