Obituary of Judith Barnum (nee Alexander)

BARNUM, Judith “Judy” (née Alexander), of St. Thomas, passed away at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, in her 78th year.  Beloved wife of Stewart A. Barnum.  Dearly loved mother of Vicki-Lynn Keil (Tim) of Listowel, and Jamie Barnum (Kellie) of Parkhill.  Cherished grandmother of Josh Keil (Lainie Dietz), and Nathan Keil.  Also fondly remembered by in-laws, Patricia and Frank Hough of Union, and their family.  Judy was born on April 17, 1940 in St. Thomas, ON.  She was the daughter of the late Donald W. Alexander and the late Mildred (née Roberts) White.  Judy was a retired employee of Southwestern Tax Service, St. Thomas.  The funeral service will be held at the SIFTON FUNERAL HOME, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160) on Saturday, December 2nd at 10:30 a.m.  Relatives and friends will be received by the family on Friday evening, December 1st from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and for one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be made in the St. Thomas Cemetery, West Avenue.  Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association will be gratefully acknowledged.
