LIPINSKI, Liselotte “Lisa” - Of Chartwell Aylmer, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, December 18, 2020, in her 100th year. Predeceased by her husband, Willi Lipinski, and her grandson, Ernie Victor. Dearly loved mother of Helga Victor-Bear and her husband Ted Bear of St. Thomas, and his family. She also leaves behind two brothers and their families in Germany, as well as many friends. Lisa was born in Frankfurt, Germany on February 26, 1921. She immigrated to Canada in 1964 to be with her daughter and family. After a few years in the GTA, she spent many years in Alberta and British Columbia, and returned to Ontario in 1998, living in Tillsonburg for ten years and her last years in St. Thomas/Aylmer. In keeping with Lisa’s wishes, cremation has taken place and private interment will be made in the St. Thomas Cemetery, West Avenue. A private family celebration of her life will be held. Flowers respectfully declined. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged. Arrangements entrusted to the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160). Special thanks for her excellent care go to the nursing staff at Chartwell Aylmer.
