Sending condolences to Norma's family. She was a favourite cousin to my father Elmer Best and to my Aunt Ruth Smith.I remember her as always happy and smiling and lots of fun. My grandmother, her Aunt Frankie, use to tell great stories about when Norma taught in Chatham and boarded with them.
