Obituary of Elizabeth "Liz" Haraldson (nee Yeo)

HARALDSON, Elizabeth “Liz” (née Yeo)- Of Springfield, ON, passed away at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, May 9, 2019, in her 69^th year.  Partner of Dan Martin.  Mother of Kim Callahan (Lee), Scott Fowler, Lisa LaChance, and Bud LaChance (Deb).  Grandmother of Nathan, Marcus, Cadence, Serenity, Tyler, Carter, William, Hanna, Ian, and the late Skylar.  Sister of Tim Yeo and Brian Yeo.  Also remembered by step-children, Danny and Annette.  Born in St. Thomas, ON, November 13, 1950, she was the daughter of the late F. L. “Bud” and Marjorie (née Brook) Yeo.  Liz was a former employee of Therm-O-Disc, St. Thomas.  She loved animals, fishing, and gardening.  Relatives and friends will be received by the family at the SIFTON FUNERAL HOME, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160) on Monday evening, May 13^th from 7:00-9:00 p.m.  A private graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery.  Memorial donations to Pets/Friends for Life will be gratefully acknowledged.
